Environmental
Management Systems
We have a range of
environmental management system templates which we can develop
to be bespoke for your project or organisation. These are designed
to improve environmental performance and reduce impacts. This
can also have the benefit of greater cost control through improved
measurement of resource usage and scrutiny of procurement and
disposal routes.
We offer three distinct packages and the package which is right
for you will depend on the complexity of the environmental issues
faced by your organisation or project and the amount of ongoing
support and development required. We can also work to a brief
outside of these packages.
Package 1 –
£480 + vat
This is the development of a basic EMS which will identify
all of the environmental aspects involved and propose generic
controls and mitigation solutions. Site information for this
package is gained via client's site photos and from our GIS
system. This EMS will also incorporate a ‘Site Waste Management
Plan’ which is now a statutory requirement. |
Package 2
– Price dependant on complexity of project
This package is designed for larger projects or organisations
where detailed aspect identification is required in the form
of document review, audits and site inspections. This then
allows us to propose specific mitigation for these issues.
These mitigation proposals are then built into the EMS. As
part of this package we will also supply a specific ‘Site
Waste Management Plan’ which will identify the components
of your waste stream and then propose recovery disposal routes
for these wastes. |
Package 3 –
Price dependant on complexity of project.
This is as package 2 except that we will assist you with the
implementation of the plan including:
- Procedure development and implementation
(procedures will be developed to deal with specific circumstances).
- Advice on equipment and processes.
- Advice on sustainable procurement.
- Sourcing of sustainable disposal routes.
- Training.
- Follow-on audits including pre ISO14001 audits. |

organisations who are aiming to achieve accreditation to ISO14001
and Green Dragon Levels 3 - 5.
